We partner with local organizations, institutions, and governments to place our staff. For instance, if you’re hired as a nurse, HCI may assign you to a low-resource hospital where you can provide essential care. For engineers, plumbers, carpenters, project managers, etc., we may assign you to work on our many projects, such as building schools, hospitals, and other infrastructure. We ensure that you are compensated based on international rates, reflecting the value of your work.
