• Invalid OTP Error

  If you requested multiple OTPs, please use the most recent one. Scroll to the bottom of your email inbox and check the timestamp to ensure you're entering the correct code.

• "You cannot create an order with this merchant if you have a pending transaction with them within the last 10 minutes"

  What happened: The payment process was initiated successfully, but you did not transfer the amount to the bank account we provided. This also means you did not cancel or confirm the payment, so the system has temporarily locked you out for several hours. Please ensure that if you initiate a payment, you either cancel it if you didn't make a transaction, or confirm it if you completed the transaction.

  Solutions:

  1. Use a different email - If you have an alternative email, create a new attempt (RECOMMENDED)
  2. Wait for 1 hour - The system will automatically clear and allow you to try again
  3. Contact support - Send an email to our support team for manual processing

• "Banking partner unavailable"

  Our processing bank is temporarily down. Please wait 15-30 minutes and try again.

• "Can't use different carrier" error

  You selected one network (e.g., MTN) but entered a number for another (e.g., Airtel). Please ensure consistency.
