Invalid OTP Error
If you requested multiple OTPs, please use the most recent one. Scroll to the bottom of your email inbox and check the timestamp to ensure you're entering the correct code.
"You cannot create an order with this merchant/seller if you have a pending transaction with them in the last 10 minutes"
What happened: The payment process was successful, but when a prompt was sent to your phone to authorize the transaction by entering your PIN, you cancelled it.
System behavior: If you don't authorize the payment, the system marks it as "pending" and prevents further attempts for 10 to 60 minutes.
Solutions:
"Banking partner unavailable"
Our processing bank is temporarily down. Please wait 15-30 minutes and try again.
"Can't use different carrier" error
You selected one network (e.g., MTN) but entered a number for another (e.g., Airtel). Please ensure consistency.
