What happened: The payment process was initiated successfully, but you did not transfer the amount to the bank account we provided. This also means you did not cancel or confirm the payment, so the system has temporarily locked you out for several hours. Please ensure that if you initiate a payment, you either cancel it if you didn't make a transaction, or confirm it if you completed the transaction.
