At no time will an applicant dictate this policy.
- We may require an online video meeting with your organization before disbursment.
The decision to hold or NOT hold a meeting depends on several factors, such as the size of your organization, the grant amount, and the level of risk assessed by our experts.
These meetings are conducted to ensure that we are engaging with the right organization and individuals, helping to reduce fraud.
Unfortunately, there are instances where criminals attempt to steal identities and fraudulently apply for our funding programs.
As a result, we carefully review applications from certain countries— which we do not disclose— due to identified patterns of recurring fraud.
To mitigate these risks, we are required to conduct thorough verification for all relevant applications.
We may also hold these meetings to familiarize ourselves with your team and establish a clear connection or when we want to have a look at your presentation.
- Funds will only be disbursed to accounts where the account holder's name matches the name of the applicant. For instance. If your organization's name is Dummy International, Your bank account must have a partially matching name.
- At our discretion, we reserve the right to withhold funds if we believe the applicant’s credibility is in question. We also retain the right to reject any application.
